Shipping Coverage
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta):
- Delivery: 4-7 business days
- Standard shipping rates apply
Other Cities and Towns:
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Shipping calculated based on location
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000
- Standard shipping: PKR 350-500(varies by location and weight)
- Express shipping available in select cities (additional charges apply)

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once shipped
Tracking Your Order
- Track your order using the tracking number provided
- Check order status in your NexusMart.pk account
- Contact customer support for tracking assistance
Delivery Process
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your provided address
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid ID may be required for COD orders
- If delivery fails, courier will attempt 2-3 times before returning to origin
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available in the future.
Issues with Delivery
If you experience:
- Damaged Package: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- Wrong Item: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Missing Items: Report within 24 hours with photographic evidence
- Delayed Delivery: Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated time by 3 days
