NexusMart.pk delivers quality products across Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta):

·      Delivery: 3-5 business days

·      Standard shipping rates apply

Other Cities and Towns:

·      Delivery: 5-7 business days

·      Shipping calculated based on location

·      Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500

·      Standard shipping: PKR - 350 (varies by location and weight)

·      Express shipping available in select cities (additional charges apply)

·      Exact charges calculated at checkout

We partner with trusted courier services:

·      TCS Courier

·      Leopards Courier

·      Post Ex

·      M&P Express

·      Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day

·      Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

·      You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once shipped

·      Track your order using the tracking number provided

·      Check order status in your NexusMart.pk account

·      Contact customer support for tracking assistance

·      Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your provided address

·      Ensure someone is available to receive the package

·      Valid ID may be required for COD orders

·      If delivery fails, courier will attempt 2-3 times before returning to origin

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available in the future.

·      Damaged Package: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately

·      Wrong Item: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

·      Missing Items: Report within 24 hours with photographic evidence

·      Delayed Delivery: Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated time by 3 days
