Return Eligibility

- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation required
- Eligible Items: Most products sold on NexusMart.pk are eligible for returns

- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods
- Digital products and downloadable software
- Health and personal care items (opened)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup from your location (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and major cities)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Refund Process
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or store credit)
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval
- Defective Products: Full refund including shipping charges
